To check the closing balance of tax ledgers in BUSY, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on trial balance.
Step 2: Choose closing stock alphabetical then select balance only and choose group of account option.
Step 3: Now, select the duties and taxe account group then specify the date range and open the report.

Closing stock is the balance of unsold goods that are remaining from the purchases made during an accounting period. The value of total purchases is already included in the Trial Balance . If closing stock is included in the Trial Balance , the effect will be doubled. Hence, it will not reflect in the Trial Balance.

To view Closing Trial group wise in BUSY, you can follow these steps: Step 1: Go to Display and click on Trial Balance. 
Step 2: Select Closing Trial - Grouped and can choose the option either Balances Only or Details as needed. 
Step 3: Enter the date range and can view the report.

To check the closing balance of previous year is showing correctly as opening in current year then you can check opening trial mismatch report by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display then click on trial balance
Step 2: Click on Opening trial - mismatch from prev. year and then on the report.

In BUSY there is no index number option in BUSY. For checking opening balance of fixed assets please follow below mention steps:-
Step 1:- Display tab
Step 2:- Trial Balance
Step 3:- Opening Trial select group of accounts after that select fixed assets group it will show opening balances of all fixed assets

For check closing balance of all my creditor follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display then go in trial balance menu
Step 2: Click on closing trial alphabetical and then go on balance only
Step 3: Then click on group of account and mention group name sundry creditor and open report

If zero balance account not show in trial balance report follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display then go to trial balance menu
Step 2: Now go in closing trial alphabetical and click on balance only
Step 3: Click on all account and mention Y on show zero balance account

For remove zero balance accounts from trial balance follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then go in trial balance
Step 2: Then go to closing trial alphabetical and click on balance only
Step 3: Choose all account option and mention N in show zero balance accounts

If the total trial balance not match with your books then make sure you have properly entered the voucher in the BUSY. No voucher should be missing.If still mismatch is showing then can run the update master balance from the housekeeping after the data backup.

To see the opening account balance for particular branch in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on trial balance report.
Step 2: Choose Opening trial alphabetcial then select account range.
Step 3: Select branch then open the report.
