To check the group wise trial balance report in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on trial balance.
Step 2: Select the Closing trial - grouped then select balance only.
Step 3: Click on ok tab to view the report.

To print opening balance of all account in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to print/email/sms  then select trial balance
Step 2: Click on opening trial - Alphabetical then select balance only
Step 3: Select all account then click on print tab.

To generate Trial balance report from BUSY, we need to follow :
 Step 1 : Click on display
 Step 2 : Final results
 Step 3 : Trial Balance account
 Step 4 : Select date range
 Step 5 : Open report

You can check the parties balances from the below steps.
 Step 1: Click on Display
 Step 2: Then Trial Balance
 Step 3: Then Closing trial alphabatical
 Step 4: Then balance only and check the parties balances

Step 4: Click on Print Option either from BUSY or as it from grid option

Yes, the "Balances Only" sharing option is available in BUSY. you can check :
Step 1 : display
Step 2 : trial balance
Step 3 : closing trial
Step 4 : all accounts and can check balances only of accounts

Previous accounting year is that period whose accounting entries are completed and current is the running accounting period.
Please refer some reports for current year and previous year compair such reports are Final reports, Trial Balances

Bill receivable and Trail balance amount for account will match while you would have create and adjusted references in bill by bill window during voucher entry and then receivable will match with Ledger balance.

Closing balance refers to balance that comes from transaction it can closing balance for Account ledger and item master balance in term of stock.You can check trail balance and stock status for closing balance.

To generate financial report in BUSY:
Step 1 : CLick on display
Step 2 : Final results
Step 3 : Check trial balance , balance sheet , profit and loss account
