I want to upgrade from dual user to multi-user license. What is the process and charges for doing this upgrade?

To upgrade dual to multi user license you need to follow the steps
 Step1 Go to the website www.BUSYinfotech.in 
 Step2 Click on Paywith Indiamart option and register your mobile Number and purpose of payment and fill the payment amount 
 then press proceed 
 Step3 choose the payment mode and pay the amount 
 Step4 after payment take a screenshot of your payment details 
 Step5 send mail to response@busy.in your billing details and payment info screentshot 
 Step6 With 48 working hours you will get the Upgrade file in your register mail ID 
 Step7 Upgrade the file from license managent option and select upgrade BUSY for dongle only if you have dongle license then restart BUSY Or paste the new upgrade file to BUSYwin folder 
 The charges of Upgrade dual user to multi user vary upon your version and model 
 for upgrade Basic dual user to multi user of BUSY 21the charges is 9000 plus 18 percent GST
 For upgrade Standard dual user to multi user of BUSY21 the charges is 13500 plus 18 percent GST
 For upgrade Enterprise dual user to multi user of BUSY21 the charges is 18000 plus 18 percent GST
