How can add the Columns of Item Description, HSN Code, and GST Rate in Report in BUSY?

To add the Columns of Item Description, HSN Code, and GST Rate in the report in BUSY below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: First Open the Report in which want to add these columns some of the reports in which you can add these columns are Item lists or Stock status reports.
Step 2: If want to add a column in the Item list then First go to the Administration menu click on Masters choose the Item option and click on the List option.
Step 3: Click on the screen Configurable Alphabetical option then choose the list to show for EIther All items or Group of Items.
Step 4: Click on Select filed option and choose the field accordingly from the Field available option then click on < symbol through which it'll come under the field selected option.
Step 5: If want to add these columns to the stock status report then first you have to ensure that you are logged in from the Admin user then Go to the Display menu sub menu stock status Closing stock Alphabetical then balance only.
Step 6: Open the Report then click on the Custom column option that will show on the above tab in BUSY.
Step 7: Name the format and then click on the Add new column option give the Heading Name, Position, and Data, type, and click on the Category option. Under the Category option select Item Master and then click on the Item Name column and define the column number in which the Item name is showing in that report.
Step 8: Then click on the Field option select all these fields one by one from there and save the configuration.
Step 9: After Reopening the same report a format option will appear you have to select the format in which you did the configuration the report will show accordingly.
