How can i resolve the issue related to E-way bill ID

If you are facing an issue related to E-way bill ID then please follow the steps:
 Step 1: Go to the chrome browser and type ewaybillgst.gov.in and open then e-way bill portal
 Step 2: Mention the credential of e-way bill like username and password and login the portal
 Step 3: In left side panel go to Registration option 
 Step 4: Click on GSP option 
 Step 5: Click on get OTP after that you will receive an OTP from E-way bill portal on your registered Email ID and Mobile Number 
 Step 6: Mention the OTP and verify it
 Step 7: You will check three option Freeze account, Add New , Change Password
 Step 8: If you have already existing GSP ID then clcik on Freeze option
 Step 9: Select respective GSP ID then click on freeze 
 Step 10: After that go to Add new option for create new GSP ID 
 Step 11: select GSP server named as Webtel Electrosoft Private Limited and Pinnacle Finserv Advisors Private Limited 
 Step 12: Mention three ALPHABET in username
 Step 13: Create password with the minimum length of 12 to 15 character including special character
 Step 14: Click on save option and save the configuration 
 Step 15: Mention both GSP server user name and password in GST/VAT under E-way bill configuration
 Step 16: Validate both GSP credential and save the configuration
