How can I schedule automatic backup for my company data in BUSY Accounting software?
To Schedule automatic backup you have to use BUSY agent to download BUSY agent from our official website busy.in or directly from BUSY, Follow below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to company menu and select download BUSY agent option
Step 2: Then click on download BUSY agent option and click on ok to download the setup
Step 3: After successfully downloading, setup will displayed on the destop and extract the setup from winrar or winzip
Step 4: Then double click on the setup and install it in the same drive where BUSY already installed
Step 5: Now Open the BUSYagent application Afterwards click on general configuration
Step 5: Select database type such as ms access or sql as required
Step 6: In case of ms access specify the data directory and in case of sql specify server name ,username and password specifically and save the changes
Step 7: Then click on backup configuration (local) and select the create backup on local drive option as Yes
Step 8: Now specify the path where you want to take a backup on local drive Afterwards schedule as per your requirement and press on save
Step 9: Then click on backup configuration (google drive) and enabble create backup on google drive option as Y
Step 10: Afterwards specify the E-mail id for a backup and authorise specify schedule and then save the Configuration.
