How can I set up user roles and permissions for different branches?

Set Up Roles and Permission for Different Branches depends upon whether Customer is using Branches in Offline or Online Mode of BUSY
A) In Case of Offline mode.
B) In Case of Online mode.
A) In case of Offline mode one have to do configuration of Roles and Permission in User.
To configure Roles and Permission in User follow below Steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Click on User
Step 3: Click on Modify
Step 4: Select User in which Branch is Tagged
Step 5: Specify Roles and Permission as Required in User Configuration, User Controls and Menu Rights
Step 6: Click on Save
B) In case of Online mode one have to do configuration of Roles and Permission in Head Office - Branch Office Data Sync Option of BUSY.
To configure Roles and Permission in Head Office - Branch Office Data Sync Option follow below Steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Click on Features / Options
Step 4: Click on Enterprise Features
Step 5: Specify Y in Enable HO / BO Data Sync.
Step 6: Click on Head Office in Our Status !
Step 7: Click on Configuration
Step 8: Select Branch in which Configuration needs to be done
Step 9: Specify Y in Enable Data Sync for this Branch
Step 10 : Specify Roles and Permission as Required in Data Sync Configuration for Branch Office where One can Multiple Options
Step 11: Click on Save
