In BUSY you can set up multiple users with different access levels. you can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu and click on BUSY Users.
Step 2: select BUSY Users and if super user is not enable you need to enable User Authentication required Yes.
Step 3: After enabling super user authentication, go back to BUSY Users and click on Add to create a new user account.
Step 4: Enter User Information: Provide the required user information, such as User Name and Password, for the new user.
Step 5: Set User Rights: Configure user rights according to your specific requirements. This may involve specifying what actions or tasks the user is allowed to perform within the system.
Step 6: User Control: In the User Control settings, you can grant or restrict permissions like modifying the company, changing prices in vouchers, allowing data backup, or creating a financial year.
Step 7: Menu Rights: Define menu rights, including voucher-related permissions. Specify what actions the user can take on various system features, such as adding, modifying, deleting, viewing, or canceling specific voucher types.
Step 8: Save Form: Save the user configuration settings.
Step 9: Test User Login: Finally, log in as the newly created user to confirm that the rights and permissions you've set up are working as expected.
