How do I add freight charges and other fields like packing charges in the e-invoice?

To add frieght charges and other fields like packing charges in the invoice you need to create a item as charges or you can specify it in bill sundry
 To use charges as item follow this:
 Step 1: Go to administration menu
 Step 2: Then click on masters option
 Step 3: Then click on item option
 Step 3: Then click on add and you can create a charges like-freight and packing etc
 Step 4: Then specify groupname then select unit as NA and set do not maintain stock balance as yes and save the master
 Step 5: You can use this master after entering the item in invoice it will be treated as a charges
 To use charges as bill sundry follow this:
 Step 1: Go to administration menu
 Step 2: Then click on masters option
 Step 3: Then click on bill sundry option
 Step 4: Then click on add and specify the name such as freight charges etc
 Step 5: Make sure bill sundry type is addictive and bill sundry nature as others and you can select that charge as absolute amount , as a percentage etc as per requirements
 Step 6: You can use this master as a bill sundry in invoice it will be treated as a charges
