Step 1:Log in to your company with your credentials.
Step 2:Now go to the Administration menu and select Configuration from the submenu.
Step 3:In the Configuration menu, choose Features Options.
Step 4:Look for the Inventory tab and click on it.
Step 5:In the new window, find the Serial Number Wise Details option or you can use F3 and search for the word serial and press enter.
Step 6:Click on the highlighted option in yellow.
Step 7:In the new window, you will find options like maintain item serial number warranty, description, installation details, etc. Choose these options based on your needs.
Step 8:Save the configuration by clicking the OK button or pressing the F2 shortcut key. Also, remember to save the Inventory configuration.
Step 9:Now, go to the administration, select masters, and look for the item option. Select modify.
Step 10:Open an already created master, find serial number wise details, and enable that option by selecting Y.
Step 11:Press save or press the F2 shortcut key to move to the next step.
