To configure multiple companies/organizations in the BUSY desktop and mobile applications, follow these steps:
1. For BUSY desktop application
Step 1: Open the BUSY desktop application.
Step 2: Go to the Company menu and select create company or open company if you already have multiple companies set up.
Step 3: Enter the necessary details for the new company, such as company name, address, and contact information.
Step 4: Repeat the above steps for each additional company you want to configure.
Step 5: To switch between companies in the desktop application, go to the Company menu and select the desired company.
2. For BUSY mobile app
Step 1: Open company and then go to administration menu.
Step 2: Then select configuration from it and then select feature and option.
Step 3: Then click on general feature and make sure to enable BUSY data exchange platform.
Step 4: Then create BDEP id and mention Y on enable BUSY mobile app then select through cloud sync.
Step 5: Go to administration menu and select user then add cloud sync user.
Step 6: Then Go to administration and select data export import option.
Step 7: Then select cloud sync option and then bulk upload.
Step 8: After completion of the process Login in mobile app with BDEP id and cloud sync user id password.
Step 9: Follow the above steps for other companies too.
