How do I remove a Tax Category that is no longer applicable in BUSY?.

Tax Category only you can remove if not Tagged under any item master or account master. 
 Before making any changes, it's crucial to create backup and keep a record of the tax categories that are being removed. This is essential for auditing and rollback if needed. 
 Step 1: To Remove Tax Category which is no longer applicable in BUSY Go to Administration Menu and click on Masters. 
 Step 3: click on Tax Category and click on edit option 
 Step 4: click on Edit and Select Tax Category which you want to remove or delete. 
 Step 5: after edit to tax Category will get option to remove click on delete or use F8 key. 
 Step 6: BUSY should provide a message if the tax category has been used or tagged in any master (e.g., item master or account master). If it has been used, you will likely receive a message that says you cannot delete it at this time. 
 Step 7: Resolve Usage Issues: If you receive a message that the tax category is in use and cannot be deleted, you'll need to identify where it's being used and remove the association. This may involve editing the masters (e.g., item master or account master) that are linked to this tax category. 
 Step 8: Reattempt Deletion: After resolving any usage issues, go back to the tax category and attempt to delete it again.
