How do I replace old data with new data in BUSY?

If your are going to replace old data with new data there are two aspect one is replace data from backup file which contain two files and names are DATA in zip and DISK1 and another one is that you have company folder For example - COMP0001 and so on and it contain two files and names are db.bds and db12022.bds and of any fy.
1. If you have backup files so you need to follow some steps and these are-
Step 1- Go to Company Menu and click on 'Restore Data' Option. 
Step 2- After click on 'Restore Data' Option Click on browser for folder and it will appear in yellow coloured file and Give path of backup data folder where your new data exist in the form of backup file(Data and DISK1)
Step 3- After give path click on 'OK' Option BUSY will show you the prompt for Data Restoration and you have to click on 'YES' Option 
Step 4- After click on 'YES' Option BUSY will show you the prompt about Company Exist and you need Select one option out three and these option are 'Yes','No' and 'Cancel'.If you select option 'Yes'then it will replace your existing company
in company list and If you select option 'No'then it will create another company in list.
Step 5- Now you can Click on 'Esc' Button on your key board and click on open company and you will get your data.
2. If you have company folder For example - COMP0001 and so on and it contain two files and names are db.bds and db12022.bds and of any fy Then you need to follow these steps-
Step 1- Go to company menu and click on option 'Set Data Directory'
Step 2- Give the path your data folder wherever exit in system and click on 'OK'
option 
Step 3- Click on open company and you will get your data.
