How do I view and share invoices/bills through the BUSY mobile app?

To share an invoice via BUSY Mobile app then follow the steps.
 Ensure you have correctly configured the BUSY mobile app settings both in BUSY software and the mobile app.
 Step 1. Go to Administration menu then click on configuration option.
 Step 2. Then click on Features and options then click on General button.
 Step 3. Now enable Google Drive Linked Features in BUSY by selecting Y.
 Step 4. Then specify your Gmail ID in the following field and click on authorise button.
 Step 5. After that your default browser will automatically open and You will be prompted by Gmail to authorize 
 access.
 Step 6. Now click on Voucher series Configuration and expand the sales voucher option.
 Step 7. Now select the sale invoice series and click on Voucher configuration button.
 Step 8. Enable the option save sales invoice on google drive as Y then click on save button to save the 
 configuration.
 Step 9. Now Go to Transaction menu and click on sales option.
 Step 10. Click on Modify button then select the series you have enable the google drive configuration.
 Step 11. Then click on save button to resave the invoice and it prompt you to upload the invoice on gogole drive.
 Step 12. Then click on yes button to proceed the invoice upload on google drive.
 Step 13. Now Go to Administration then click on Data export import option.
 Step 14. Then click on cloud sync and now click on bulk upload option.
 Step 15. Now click on start upload to initiate the bulk upload on cloud sync server.
 Step 16. Now open your mobile app after successfull upload data on cloud sync server.
 Step 17. Now Enter the login credential and click on proceed button.
 Step 18. Now Click on sales option to view the party wise sales invoices.
 Step 19. While viewing the invoice click on share button within the app.
 Step 20. Now choose the sharing method you prefer, such as email, messaging apps, or other sharing options 
 available on your mobile device.
