How frequently should I be posting the RCM consolidated entry is it monthly or daily?

The RCM consolidated entry can be posted on a monthly basis or daily basis depending on your requirement, as in both monthly basis and daily basis posting of consolidate voucher for RCM is similar. 
 Daily Basis Posting:
 If you choose daily basis posting, you need to specify the date range when the RCM expense vouchers were posted. Each RCM expense will have a separate consolidated voucher posted on the same date it was incurred.
 Step 1 : Go to GST misc utilities and choose "Check post consolidate RCM payable voucher."
 Step 2: Select the daily basis option and mention the date range for the expenses.
 Step 3 : Select the transaction for which you want to post the consolidated voucher, drill down to the transaction, press F4, and a journal voucher will be posted on the same date as the expense.
 Monthly Basis Posting:
 For monthly basis posting, only one voucher is posted for all expenses on the last day of the month, typically the 30th.
 Step 1 : Go to GST misc utilities and choose "Check post consolidate RCM payable voucher."
 Step 2 : Select the Monthly basis option, specify the month and press F4 to post the consolidated voucher. A journal voucher will be posted with the date of the 30th of that month.
