How to resolved Softlock registartion issue?

To troubleshoot Soft Lock License registration issues, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Disable System Antivirus and Firewall (if possible, uninstall once antivirus)
Step 2: Go to the Control Panel, then click on User Account.
Step 3: Enable UAC mode. Never Notified
Step 4: Restart System
Step 5: If an issue Still not resolving changes in internet connection or contacting the ISP to unblock IP. Step 6: Again Recheck your Soft Lock License Registration.
For Soft Lock License Registration, you can follow following Steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY Application and Go to Company Menu.
Step 2: Click on License Management option
Step 3: Under License Management option click on Softlock Registration option.
Step 4: Softlock Registration window select current Machine and choose bind softlock with as Hard disk, machine id or ip address.
Step 5: Enter Serial No Details and Activation Key and chick on Validate Serial No option
Step 6: After click on Validate Serial no. option you will ask to Surrender softlock license which is already Registered on another system.
Step 7: Click Yes to Surrender Softlock license then Enter softlock license email id & password do OK. Step 8: Again Recheck your Registration Password and Email id and click on Register.
Step 9: After registering, you will receive a softlock file on your email. Download the file and copy it to the BUSYWin folder directory.
Step 10: Reopen BUSY, and you should see a message stating A valid security device (softlock) has been found.
