BUSY is a simple, yet powerful GST / VAT compliant Business Accounting Software that has everything you need to grow your business.
To take backup or restore data of companies in BUSY follow these steps
Step 1 Open BUSY and then in main menu/home page options will be displayed
Step 2 Select the option Backup data and then comapanies will be loaded in list
Step 3 Select then company for which you want to take backup and enter the company's credentials
Step 4 Now select the backup path from local drive you want to take backup in and proceed by select All financial years or selected financial years
Step 5 Now proceed to take backup and check the backup files in folder in local drive
Step 6 Now to restore data in BUSY open BUSY and in main menu/homepage select option restore data
Step 7 Select the folder from local drive in which backup files is kept
Step 8 Proceed to restore data and while restore data confirm company name shown to restore
Step 9 Make sure to take backup or restore backup files option to overwrite will be shown it means same files already exist in data path
Step 10 If overwrite option is selected then it will remove existing data files and new files will be saved
Step 11 So we can select as overwrite NO option while backup or restore data
