I want to export data on excel but unable to do so what should i do?

To Export Data From BUSY then follow the steps
 Ensure that you are using either the BUSY Standard model or the Enterprise model. It's important to note that the 
 export option is not available in the BUSY Basic model.
 To Export Master from BUSY in XML Format.
 Step 1. Go to Administration menu then click on Data Export Import option
 Step 2. Now Click on Data Export import XML option then click on Export Data
 Step 3. Now select the Master option to initiate the export of masters in XML format.
 Step 4. Now select the types of masters you want to export, such as Accounts, Items, Cost Centers, or use the Select 
 All Master button to export all available master data.
 Step 5. Now choose opening balances or closing balances according to your need.
 Step 6. Proceed to specify the destination path where you intend to export the XML file.
 Step 7. After defining the export path, click on the Export button to initiate the process of exporting the XML file 
 containing the Masters from BUSY
 To Export Transactions from BUSY in XML Format.
 Step 1. Go to Administration menu then click on Data Export Import option
 Step 2. Now Click on Data Export import XML option then click on Export Data
 Step 3. Now select the Transactions option to initiate the export of transactions in XML format.
 Step 4. Now select the types of vouchers you want to export, such as sale, purchase, orders, receipt, payment 
 Contra etc. or use the Select All Vouchers button to export all available transactions data.
 Step 5. Then choose the specific period of transactions that you intend to export.
 Step 6. Proceed to specify the destination path where you intend to export the XML file.
 Step 7. After defining the export path, click on the Export button to initiate the process of exporting the XML file 
 containing the transactions from BUSY.
