I want to know the step-by-step process to set up email/e-way bill in BUSY.
For Email configuration please follow these steps:
1. Go in administration then go in configuration
2. Then Go in email configuration
3. Then in email sending option choose send directly for gmail mail
4. Then choose send pdf attachment in send report as
5. Then mention SMTP server name for gmail mention smtp.gmail.com
6. Then mention your mail id in user name
7. Then you have to generate app password for password
For generate app password please follow these steps:
1. Open your gmail in chrome and click on setting icon which was given on right side top position
2. After click on setting click on see all setting
3. Then click on accounts or accounts/import tab
4. Then click on Google account settings
5. Then click on security tab which was given on left side
6. Then Enable Two step verification
7. Then go in security tab again and click on serach google account
8. Then Type app password and mention app name BUSY and generate password
8. Then copy this app password and mention in BUSY
9. Then mention port number 465 or blank
10. Then mention sender information and save configuration
For Automatic configuration of e-way bill in BUSY please follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in configuration
2. Then Go in Features/options menu and click then go in GST/VAT
3. Then Go in E-way bill configuration and mention some detail like from place and pin code
4. Then Go in Gsp configuration and create gsp id and mention here
for create GSP id please follow these steps:
Open E-way Bill portal
Then Go in registration
Then Go in for GSP
Mention OTP(which was received on Registered mail id or Register mobile Number
After mention OTP and create new id
5. After save configuration Go in Administration then configuration
6. Then Go in voucher series configuration and select voucher type
7. Then select series and click on voucher configuration
8. Enable input transport detail yes and generate E-way bill after save voucher yes
