Import bank statements and match transactions in BUSY.

BUSY does not have a default option to directly import bank statement into the software. However, you can import bank transactions from an excel sheet that you have prepared for entries such as receipts, payments, etc.
 Steps for Import Vouchers From Excel:
 Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on the Data Export Import.
 Step 2: Choose the "Import Vouchers from Exceloption and select the type of voucher that you want to import, such as Receipt, Payment, etc. 
 Step 3: After selecting the voucher type, click on the configure button and create a format for the voucher. Then, map the fields in BUSY with the columns in Excel. You can select the fields from the drop-down list and match them with the Excel columns. 
 Step 4: After mapping all the columns, select the Excel File Path and enter the Starting & Ending Row and Sheet Number of your Excel file. Then, click on the Import button and wait for the import process to complete.

 To reconcile your bank accounts in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: First turn on the Bank Reconciliation feature by using the below steps:
 (i) Go to Administration
 (ii)Configurations
 (iii)Feature/Options
 (iv)Accounts.
 (v)Here, you can check the box next to Bank Reconciliation
 and save.
 Step 2: To Reconcile your bank entries follow these steps:
 (i) Go to Display tab.
 (ii) Select "Bank Reconciliation" option and click on 
 "Show Uncleared Entries".
 (iii) Select your bank account and date range.
 (iv) To clear an entry from the report find the entry that you want to
 clear. Press F4 on your keyboard to open the clearing window
 enter the clearing date as per the statement and click on the OK button
