Yes, you can use someone else PC for using BUSY but in that system BUSY application must be installed of same version and data should be also there to use BUSY company.

if issue occurred in installation then make sure 
1.you download full setup of BUSY
2.also disable firewall defender
3. if you have antivirus then disable it for temporary basis and installed software
