Step 1: First, make sure that the file is fully downloaded. Sometimes, it may not download correctly for various reasons (internet connectivity issue or setup removed by antivirus).
Step 2 :If you are downloading a partial update file, ensure that both files (BUSY Product update & Statutory update) are installed in the BUSYwin folder. In some cases, if the original BUSYwin program is missing, you may need to download and install the full setup.
I am getting errors while trying to update to the latest version of BUSY. How can I update without errors or data corruption?
