To update the BUSY release, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 1: Open the BUSY application
Step 2: Click on Company menu then select the Check BUSY update option.
Step 3: Specify the path to download the update setups then click on Download updates tab. Two setup files will appear in specified path.
Step 4: Go to the location where the setup file was downloaded, and install both the product and statutory setup individually in the same folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 5: After the installation, your BUSY software will be updated.

2.In case of error code 5 at release installation, ensure that all BUSY application is closed during the process.

 Step 3 Select the company and option for backup will be dispalyed either proceed with backup or proceed without backup
 Step 4 For your data safety recommended to proceed with backup and then select data path for backup and then data will be upgarded to latest release version

1.Check BUSY release you are trying to install is properly installed
2.Make sure BUSY and BUSY agent appication is closed in backend or check in task manager
3.If still show any error,you can restart your system and then again try installing release updates
4.Also you can check antivrus or firewall in your system,exclude BUSY and its BUSYwin folder from the antivrus and then check
5.Also make sure the update of BUSY you are trying install in drive have free space
