To update the BUSY releasee,Follow these steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to company menu and select check BUSY updates.
Step 3: Then click on download update option.
Step 4: Then close all tab of BUSY and install the 2 setups product release and statutory update setup in the same drive where BUSY is installed.
Step 5: Reopen BUSY after installation complete.

To update the BUSY Agent software from version 2.3 to 2.8 follow below steps:
Step 1: Open your browser then type busy.in.
Step 2: Then Go to resources section and download the latest BUSY agent setup.
Step 3: Then install it on the same drive where BUSY is installed.
Step 4: Alternatively, you can click on check update in BUSY agent itself to update to latest setup.

If you are using BUSY after many years or facing problems, follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Update BUSY to the latest release. 
 Step 2: If you are using an old version of BUSY, upgrade it to BUSY 21. If BLS is inactive, activate it. 
 Step 3: Take a backup of your data and run it in the latest release.

To check if recent updates have changed the software interface in BUSY, you can compare the current interface with the previous version. Look for any visual differences, new features, or changes in the layout or design. You can also refer to the release notes or documentation provided by BUSY to see if there are any specific interface changes mentioned in the update.

Step 3: after that go to the desktop then you will see two setup named as product and stat release
Step 4: Then install both setup in the same drive where your BUSY is installed

if Unable to update BUSY Software faceing network connection unavailable error see following step to resolve issue
 Step 1: Disiable the antivirus or mircrosoft difender security 
 Step 2: Check firewell and disiable the firewell
 Step 3: check forewell port if showing blok unblok it
 Step 4: if issue persists download letest BUSY setup from wwwdotBUSYdotin download section and install

If you are getting an error while installing the BUSY update, See the following steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1 Before running the BUSYupdate setup, make sure the BUSY and BUSYagent programs close in your system.
Step 2 Download the BUSY setup from the www.dotBUSYdotin.com site.
Step 3 Restart the system.
Step 4 After completing the above process, the update issue will be resolved.

 Step 4:- Install updated release in which drive BUSY installed 
 Note:- If your BLS is expired we suggest do not update release first upgrade BLS and then update latest version
