BUSY already made changes specified by Goverment in there statuory update releases you can check that in detail through 
 Step 1 : First Go to help menu
 Step 2 : Then go to whats new option 
 Step 3 : Then select statuory update and check detailed view of changes made by BUSY as per govt

if you are unable to view the report, it is depending on query but you can Troubleshooting below Steps:
Step 1: Download BUSY Latest Release: Ensure you have the latest release of the BUSY software. Visit the official website.
Step 2: Update the Software: Install the latest release to ensure you have the most recent version of the software.

Please follow below steps to update BUSY release. 
Step 1: Open BUSY and click the check BUSY update.
Step 2: Click on Download Updates.
Step 3: Close BUSY and Run downloaded setup in the same drive where you have installed BUSY.
Step 4: When both setup of update has been installed successfully then open BUSY and check updated release.

To rectify the BUSY issue which is coming after window update, then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Set the compatibilty and down UAC.
Step 2: Check is BUSY is opening from the shortcut where it is already installed if yes then create new shortcut on dekstop. If not then after the data backup remove and reinstalled it.

In BUSY,There may be new government regulations that require changes or updates to BUSY. It is recommended to keep BUSY up to date to ensure compliance with any new regulations.As BUSY update include product and stat release which includes changes related to BUSY product and stat release includes to compliance with new regualations as per government.

Please follow the below steps to updating BUSY:
1: Go to company menu
2: Click on check BUSY update
3: Download the update 
4: Then install one by one update through double click on stat & product setup and install setup in same folder / location in which BUSY already installed

Step 2: Go to company menu and select check BUSY updates.
Step 3: Then click on download updates options and then close all tab of BUSY.
Step 4: Then install the updates setups in the same drive where the BUSY is installed.

BUSY does not allow you to update the release if any task is ongoing in the software. First, you need to close the application, and only then can you update your BUSY release. Otherwise, an error window will appear on your display screen while installing the release setup.
Note- Please take the latest backup before updating BUSY.

 Furthermore once you upgrade to the latest version, we advise you not to roll back to the previous version.
