When upgrading or updating BUSY, it is recommended to take a backup of your data to avoid any potential data loss. Upgrades and updates are designed to improve the software's performance and add new features. However, it is always a good practice to backup your data before performing any major software changes.

To ensure that is your BUSY is up to date or not, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on check BUSY updates under the company menu.
Step 2: Here, you can check current BUSY release and latest BUSY release if both are same then your BUSY is up to date.

To verify the software latest update then pls check the below steps :
 Step 1: Open the site www.busy.in and check in download section.
 Step 2: Open the BUSY software 
 Step 3: Click on company menu
 Step 4: The check BUSY updates
 Note : Install BUSY after data backup

To configure and enable auto-updates for the software to get the latest versions automatically, you need to follow:
 Step 1: Go to company menu
 Step 2 : Go to check BUSY updates
 Step 3 : Download setup
 Step 4 : Take backup
 Step 5 : Install updates where BUSY already installed

To check the latest version of BUSY, you can follow the steps:
 Step 1: Open the BUSY application then click on Company menu
 Step 2: Then select the check BUSY updates option
 Step 3: You can find the latest BUSY release for download in the Product Updates and Statutory Updates sections.

You do not need to pay extra to update to the latest release of BUSY if you have an active BLS (BUSY License Subscription). However, if you are using an older version of BUSY, such as below BUSY 21, you need to pay a fee to upgrade to the latest version.

For update BUSY from version 7.3 to version 9.3 follow these steps:
1. Take backup of all data 
2. open our official site busy.in click on Resources then go in download
3. Download BUSY 21(Rel 9.3) 
4. Close BUSY and BUSY agent and install BUSY 21(9.3) in same location where previous BUSY installed

BUSY typically releases product and statutory-related updates, including new features and fixes. If you have an active BLS Subscription, you can download these updates free of cost. You can access and install the updates from the www.busy.in website or the BUSY help section. In the help section, look for "BUSY updates.

To install the BUSY setup then you can download www.busy.in from the download section.Also you can download it from BUSY itself from the below steps.
Step 1: Click on company menu
Step 2: Then check BUSY updates, from here download the setup and install it in a drive where BUSY is already installed.
