Is there a log or report I can refer to identify the source of errors after updating BUSY?

No, BUSY does not have any logs or reports that you can refer to to identify the source of errors after updating BUSY.
We always suggested that you please take the backup your data before updating the BUSY setup.

Why am I getting errors or crashes when using BUSY after an upgrade? How can I fix this?

We are getting error due to partial update BUSY like only update Product release Or updated Statutory release. 
we simply need to Exit BUSY and again one by one update both Release in drive where BUSY installed.

How to check the release version in use for BUSY? Need to verify the correct release.

To check letest BUSY release see the Step 
Step 1: after login the Company go to Help menu then Check BUSY Updates option
Step 2: after enter check BUSY Update you can see Letest BUSY Rel

What is the current latest version of BUSY and how do I check my version?

You can check your BUSY version on the title bar, where it shows Rel. followed by the version number. You can also check the latest version from the Check BUSY Updates option in the Company and Help menu.

How can I check if all BUSY components are up-to-date?

To check your BUSY is up to date, open BUSY and Click on "Check BUSY Updates" to see Current BUSY Rel. and Latest BUSY Rel. both should be match. If they matched your BUSY is up to date.

What are the steps to install the BUSY software updates/patches?

To install the BUSY updates go to :
Step 1 : Click on company menu
Step 2 : Take backup
Step 3 : Go to check BUSY updates
Step 4 : Download and install BUSY updated in same drive where BUSY installed.

Step 2: Download the full setup from the BUSY website.

Will my data be backed up before installing the update?I am facing an issue with the HSN code and description not showing properly on invoices in BUSY. How can I fix this?

You need to take backup of your data before installing the updates. Further is your HSN codes is not showing properly on invoices then check in the item master and verify that the HSN codes entered correctly.

How do I download the latest update for BUSY? I am unable to find the update option.

You can download the latest update of BUSY 21 by the following steps:-
Step1: Go to company tab - check BUSY update - download update.
Step2: Close BUSY all tabs and install setup in BUSY installed drive.
