To check the latest featured added to new version of BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY software and then Go to Company menu.
 Step 2: Choose the check BUSY updates
 Step 3: To explore the latest features in the new release, simply click on the What's New button available in both the Product Updates and Statutory Updates boxes. This will provide you with detailed information about the updated features.
 To update the BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
 Step 2: Go to company menu and select check BUSY updates.
 Step 3: Then click on download update option.
 Step 4: Then close all tab of BUSY and install the 2 setups product release and statutory update setup in the same drive where BUSY is installed.
 Step 5: Reopen BUSY after installtion complete.

To update to the latest version of BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 1. Check your internet connection to ensure you have a stable connection.
 2. Open the BUSY on your computer.
 3. Go to the "Help" menu and select "Check for Updates."
 4. The software will automatically check for any available updates.
 5. If an update is found, click on the "Download" button to start the download process.
 6. Once the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
 7. After the installation is finished, restart the software to apply the updates.
 8. The latest version of BUSY should now be installed on your computer, helping to fix bugs and issues you may have been facing.

To upgrade to the latest version of BUSY, you can follow these steps: 1. Contact the BUSY support team or visit their website. 2. BUSY updates its software on regular basis to stay updated with the government polices and changes. To check updates go to Check BUSY Updates tab under the Company & Help menu.
 BUSY have some automation feature such as automatica generation of E way bill and E invoice, download GST returns for reconciliation purposes, automatic voucher replication, etc. So provide more about which feature you want to use.
 To download the latest version of BUSY you can use below two methods:
 Method 1: Go to BUSY official website i.e, www.busy.in and click on Resources and after that download section. Here you can download BUSY latest setup.
 Method 2: Open BUSY go to Check BUSY Updates under the Company & Help menu and check any latest version available if available can download if by clicking on Download updates.

When the server system is upgraded with lastest BUSY release then you also need to upgrade your client system. To do that, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Save a copy of all your data, just to be safe.
 Step 2: Open BUSY and click "Check BUSY Updates" in the Company Menu.
 Step 3: Choose where to save updates, click "Download Updates" for two files.
 Step 4: Close any open BUSY programs on your computer.
 Step 5: Find the setup file on your computer, double-click to install both, one after the other.
 Step 6: Read and follow the instructions on the screen. Pick where you want to install the software.
 Step 7:Let the installation finish, then click "Finish" when it's done.
 Step 8: Open BUSY – it's updated and ready for you to use on your computer.

To upgrade to the latest version of BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Take latest backup of your all data.
Step 2: Go to BUSY and click on "Check BUSY Updates" under the Company Menu.
Step 3: Select the location where you want to save setups and click on "Download Updates" two setups will be download.
Step 4: Close any instances of BUSY that are running on your computer.
Step 5: You can install both setups by Locate the setup file on your computer and double-click on it to run them one by one.
Step 6: Follow the instructions on the screen and choose the location where you want to install the software.
Step 7: Wait for the installation process to complete and click on the finish button.
Step 8: You can now launch it and start using BUSY on your computer.

BUSY is periodically updated with new features to enhance the user experience. The updates may not have a fixed schedule, but they are released regularly to keep the software up to date. 
 To download GSTR1 in BUSY for reconciliation, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open the Administration menu and select Configuration.
 Step 2: Choose Features / Options and then GST / VAT. Enter your GST portal username in the GST Portal User Name field and save it.
 Step 3: Next, open the Transaction menu and select GST Misc Utilities.
 Step 4: Choose Download GSTR JSON Data and select Download GSTR1
 Step 5: Now click on the download button along with the month and verify with the OTP.
 Note: Please ensure the API access is enabled on GST portal to receive OTP.

To udate the latest version of BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Take latest backup of your all data. 
Step 2: Go to BUSY and click on Check BUSY Updates under the Company Menu. 
Step 3: Select the location where you want to save setups and click on Download Updates, two setups will be download. 
Step 4: Close any instances of BUSY that are running on your computer. 
Step 5: You can install both setups by double-click on them to run them one by one. 
Step 6: Follow the instructions on the screen and choose the location where you want to install the software. Make sure to install in the same drive where already installed BUSY.
Step 7: Wait for the installation process to complete and click on the finish button. 

To check for updates on BUSY and update it, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open BUSY and click on the "Check BUSY Update" option.
Step 2: You will see the current BUSY release installed on your system along with the latest BUSY
release available for download.
Step 3: Click on the "Download Updates" option to download the updates. Once the download
is complete, two setup files will appear on your desktop - one for the product and another for the
statutory updates.
Step 4: Double-click on both setup files individually, and a wizard window will appear. Click on
"Next," "Next," and "Finish."
Note: Make sure to install the BUSY release in the same drive and folder in which BUSY is being
installed. To check the BUSY installation drive with folder, right-click on the BUSY icon on your
desktop and select the "Properties" option.

To use the BUSY Software update screen, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Check for Updates Within the Application: Once the installation is complete, open the BUSY application. Go to the Company Menu and click on Check BUSY Updates. This will allow you to verify if there are any additional updates available.
 Step 2: Download Updates: If updates are available, you can download them from the window that appears after checking for updates. You may have the option to download the full setup or individual product updates and statutory updates, depending on your specific requirements.
 Step 3:Take Full Backup: Before proceeding with the update, it's crucial to take a full backup of your data. This ensures that you have a safe copy in case something goes wrong during the update process.
