 Step 1: First, make sure that the file is fully downloaded. Sometimes, it may not download correctly for various reasons (internet connectivity issue or setup removed by antivirus).
 Step 2 :If you are downloading a partial update file, ensure that both files (BUSY Product update & Statutory update) are installed in the BUSYwin folder. In some cases, if the original BUSYwin program is missing, you may need to download and install the full setup.
 Step 3:Uninstall and reinstall BUSY: If all else fails, you can try uninstalling the current version of BUSY and then reinstalling the latest version from the official website.

To check the latest featured added to new version of BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY software and then Go to Company menu.
Step 2: Choose the check BUSY updates
Step 3: To explore the latest features in the new release, simply click on the What's New button available in both the Product Updates and Statutory Updates boxes. This will provide you with detailed information about the updated features.
To update the BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to company menu and select check BUSY updates.
Step 3: Then click on download update option.
Step 4: Then close all tab of BUSY and install the 2 setups product release and statutory update setup in the same drive where BUSY is installed.
Step 5: Reopen BUSY after installtion complete.

If you are using BUSY in a multi-user network environment, then you need to update the BUSY release on the server and client systems individually.
 The process to Update BUSY Release is mentioned below:
 Step 1: Open the BUSY application
 Step 2: Click on Company menu then select the Check BUSY update option from it
 Step 3: Now specify the path to download the update setups then click on Download updates tab. Two setup files will appear in specified path.
 Step 4: Afterward, go to the location where the setup file was downloaded, and install both the product and statutory setup individually in the same folder where BUSY is installed.
 Step 5: After the installation, your BUSY software will be updated.
 Note: Take latest backup of your all data before upgrading.

You can update your BUSY with e invoicing system requirements by following below steps:
 Step 1: Take backup of your company under below steps:
 .Close your company 
 .Select backup data option
 .Then select company
 .Mention username and password
 . Define the folder path where you want to take backup of the company
 Step 2: As in open company section you will found the option of Check BUSY update.
 Step 3: Click on Check BUSY updates.
 Step 4: Download updates.
 Step 5: Close BUSY Acounting Software.
 Step 6: Then you will get two setup as Product update and Statutory Update setup.
 Step 7: Install setup in same location where your BUSY is installed.
 Step 8: Make sure every process which related to BUSY, is not running in task manager.

To ensure the compatibility of BUSY version on server and client system, you need to check that BUSY on both server and client system should be update and run on same release.
To update BUSY release, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.

Step 2: Click on Company menu then select the Check BUSY update option.
Step 3: Specify the path to download the update setups then click on Download updates tab. Two setup files will appear in specified path.
Step 4: Go to the location where the setup file was downloaded, and install both the product and statutory setup individually in the same folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 5: After the installation, your BUSY software will be updated.

To update latest release in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the company menu and select check BUSY updates submenu
Step 2: Then you will see latest Release available and then click on download update option for downloading the same.
Step 3: After downloading, you will find two setup files of the latest release on your desktop and Please ensure all other instances are closed before proceeding.
Step 4: Now right click on BUSY icon and then select properties option and check installed directory of BUSY
Step 5: Then double tap on setup one by one and install both in same directory where BUSY is already installed and after completing the process you will receive a confirmation message and then you can get benefits of latest update

To install the BUSY update, follow these steps:
Step 1: Close the BUSY software.
Step 2: Go to the BUSY Update Option and
Step 3: Locate the downloaded update file on your computer (usually on the desktop) and click on the Download option.
Step 4: After downloading, right click on the update file and run in administrator mode to start the installation process for both the set up stat release and the product release.
Step 5: Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.
Step 6: Once the installation is finished, open BUSY again to use the updated version.
Step 7: After updating the release, it will ask for data updates, so take backups and upgrade the data at the time of opening the company.

To update the latest release in BUSY follow these steps:
