To tranfer the license to new computer, check the below steps with relevant details:

To transfer the BUSY license to a new system, following these steps:
Step 1: First download the setup from our official website i.e, www.busy.in under the download section in resources tab.
Step 2: Run this setup by double click on that.
Step 3: Follow the instructions on the screen and choose the location where you want to install the software. 
Step 4: Wait for the installation process to complete and click on the finish button. 
Next, you need to register your license by using these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY, click license management option under company tab
Step 2: Select Softlock Registration option
Step 3: You can register your license based on Hard Disk, Machine ID, or IP Address.
Step 4: Enter the Serial No. and Activation Key that you received from BUSY. Click on the Validate Serial No. button to verify your details
Step 5: Provide your email id and password that you want to use for your BUSY account.
Step 6: After clicking on the Register button, you will receive an email with a license file attached. 
Step 7: Download the file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you installed BUSY.
Step 8: Restore data in new system.

"To move your account from one BUSY server to another, you will need to follow these steps:
 1. Take a backup of your data from the current BUSY server.
 2. Install BUSY on the new server.
 3. Restore the backup data onto the new server.
 4. Then Go in license management then surrender soft lock license
 5. Then mention serial Number,Registered mail id and registration password
 6. If you dont't have registration password then click on forgot password
 7. Then you receive password on your mail
 8. Then go in softlock registration take machine id and current machine 
 9. mention serial number,activation key click on validate serial number 
 10. Mention Registered mail id and registration password again 
 11. After that mention Registration password in bottom and Recheck password click on register
 12. After that you will receive license file on your mail so download license file

To migrate your data to a new computer in BUSY, follow these steps:
1.Open BUSY and select Backup Data from the Company tab.
2.Choose your company for backup.
3.Enter your username and password (if required).
4.Select the location to save the backup file.
5.Choose the financial year and click OK to start the backup.
6.Open your web browser, like Google Chrome.
7.Visit https://busy.in/download/.
8.Download the latest version.
9.Extract the setup using WinRAR or 7-Zip.
10.Install the setup with administrator access.
11.Select the default drive for installation (C drive - BUSY win).
12:Transfer License:If you have a softlock:
13:Open BUSY software.
14:Go to license management.
15:Select Softlock Registration.
16:Enter serial number and activation key.
17:Enter registered email and password.
18:Register the softlock for the new system.
19:Download the license key, copy, and paste it in the C BUSY win folder.
20:If you have a dongle:Eject the dongle from the old PC and connect it to the new PC.
21:Set Data Directory and Restore Data:After successful license registration:

23:Restore your data one by one if you have more than one company.
Now, your BUSY data migration has been completed.

To convert a client PC into a server PC in BUSY, you need to register license on client PC and set data directory after copy data by using these steps: 
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on license management option under company menu and choose softlock registration.
Step 2: You can register your license based on Hard Disk, Machine ID, or IP Address.
Step 3: Enter the serial number and cctivation Key the click on the validate serial number button to verify your details
Step 4: Enter the registered email id and password then click on register button.
Step 5: After that you will receive an email with a license file attached. Download the file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you installed.
Step 6: Reopen BUSY and click on set data directory and specify the data where you have copied the data.
Step 7: You need to share data folder from the new server system on networking and then on client system you need to set data directory of networking.

We can safely migrate from one to another system. We need to copy the data backup on external drive then paste it in the another system.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Take backup from the old system
 Step 2: Download BUSY setup from www.busy.in site and install it.
 Step 3: Open the BUSY software 
 Step 3: Click on company menu
 Step 4: then Restore Data
 Step 5: Specify the backup folder path and restore it.
 For Comp Files :
 Step 1: Click on Company Menu
 Step 2: Then Set Data Directory
 Step 3: Specify the Data folder path - Here select the data path till data folder name only not the company code.

Transfer BUSY Data to New Computer follow these step 
 Step 1: Take Backup of Your BUSY data from Company Backup date Option 
 Step 2 : after Taking Data Backup Copy the data External Hardisk or USB drive 
 Step 3: Now go to New Compaputer and dowload BUSY setup from wwwdotBUSYdotin site 
 step 4: after download setup install BUSY new system 
 Step 5: after install BUSY new system Register BUSY Softlock license or inster BUSY dongel 
 Step 6: Now Copy BUSY backup in New System 
 Step 7: go to Company menu and Click on Restore Data in path for Restoration option select backup path 
 and Restore the data
