Yes, a license and data can be temporarily transferred from a desktop to a laptop in BUSY. For this, you need to take a backup of your data from the desktop then restore the data on the laptop. If you are a softlock user register your softlock license on the laptop. If you are a hardlock/Dongle user insert it into your laptop and you will get the license.

Yes you can transfer license from one system to another by following the steps mentioned below :
 Step 1 : First you need to re register your softlock license 
 Step 2 ; Then after you have to paste new generated license file in BUSYwin folder 
 Step 3: Revaildate softlock license
 Step 4 : Restart BUSY
 Step 5 : Set Data directory

BUSY screen will not auto change unless any interface related changes are added in a new update. But currently there is no update related interface of BUSY.
To adjust the interface look/BUSY screen for interface of BUSY, you need to check the screen resolution after right click on desktop, recommended resolution is 1366x768 or you can choose any resolution with 768 combination and check.

Step 1: download setup from busy.in website and install it in your system.
Step 2:You should have your Data backup to restore in BUSY.
Step 3: If you have Soft lock then you need to do soft lock registeration otherwise normally put your dongle in system if using Hard lock.

It is recommended to uninstall BUSY setup file from control panal and re-install once again with a proper path by defulat BUSY software. get installed on the C drive with the path information c:\ BUSYwin\, if you need to change the path to d drive, click on the change option and mention the path: d:\BUSYwin\
