Yes, we can guide how to add discount amount column in a report to show discount amounts for each transaction. Please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open that report in which you want to add discount amount column (e.g. sale/purchase list/ account/inventory register)
Step 2: Click on the Custom Column option which is available at the top right on the report
Step 5: Then enter the name of the format and then press enter
Step 6: After this click on Add new column/row
Step 7: Enter the column title(Discount Amount), then specify the position after which column you want to add the new column
Step 8: Select the data type and then choose alignment and enter charcter
Step 9: Click on the data field and then select the category from which you want the data to appear in a new column
Step10:Click on filed & select then field accordingly(BS1,2,3_amount if you are enter diecount in bill sundry and if you are using item wise then you have to select DISCOUNT_AMOUNT) and then save field & then save then column
Step 11: Re-open that report with new created format.

Ledger Reconcilation feature is available in BUSY for reconciliation of Account Ledger. To manage the Ledger Reconciliation, follow the steps given below:-

Step 2 : Configuration
Step 3 : Feature / Options
Step 4 : Accounts
Step 5 : Enable the Ledger Reconciliation feature and Save
Step 6 : Press Alt + L shortcut key to open the Account Ledger report, while opening the Account ledger report, enable the Enable Reconciliation option.
Step 7 : Press F4 key to Reconcile Entry and enter Remarks. Report will be updated
If you want to add the GR RR number field in the report then you can add it through custom column.

Step 1: Open the required report and Click on Custom Column Option
Step 2: Mention the Format Name

For New Column :
Step 1: Mention the Heading, Position ,Data type Field and Alignment as per your need.
Step 2: Select the Field Value - Data Field
Step 3: Select the required Category from which you want to select the field
Step 4: Select the required field of that category
For New Row :
Step 1: Enable the sub details option
Step 2: Mention the Show After and Column Field, For when should show and under Which Column.
Step 3: Select the Category, Column Name and Required Field.
To get sale report with party name, mobile and product in BUSY, please follow the below steps:
1: Go to display menu
2: Inventory books
3: Then click on inventory register ( standard)
4: Click on sale register & open it
5: Click on the Custom Column option which is available at the top right on the report
6: Then enter the name of the format and then press enter
7: After this click on Add new column/row
8: Enter the column title(Mobile Number), then specify the position after which column you want to add the new column
9: Select the data type and then choose alignment and enter charcter
10: Click on the data field and then select the category from which you want the data to appear in a new column
11:Click on filed & select then field accordingly(Party_mobile_no) and then save field & then save then column
12: Re-open that report with new created format.
If you want to add the additional field in the report then you can add it through custom column.

BOM- Bill of Material is used for manufacturing and Production of an item. We can generated the Finished Good from Raw Material vise versa for unassemble.

Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Manufacturing Option
Step 6: Create BOM under Masters then specify Expense per unit.
Step 7: Specify the Finished Good - Item to Produce Option
Step 8: Mention the Generated finished good Quantity.
Step 9: Mention the Ram Material Details.
Step 10: Transaction
Step 11: Production
Step 12: Add and Select the BOM then expense per unit window will popup that expense value will get add in finished product value.
Note : For Better Report, Can Specify 1 Qty for Finished and accordingly mention the raw material.
To track inventory and generate inventory reports in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1 : Set up your inventory: Go to the Inventory module and create inventory items with relevant details like name, code, unit of measurement, etc.
Step 2 : Record inventory receipts and issues: Use the appropriate voucher types to record inventory receipts (e.g., purchase invoices) and issues (e.g., sales invoices, material issue vouchers).
Step 3 : Update stock quantities: Regularly update the stock quantities in BUSYwhenever there are inventory transactions.
Step 4 : Generate inventory reports: Go to the Reports section and select the desired inventory reports, such as stock summary, stock ledger, stock valuation, etc.for that follow :
Step 5 : CLick on display
Step 6 : Inventory books
Step 7 : See report like stock ledger, stock status, stock summary.
To add a custom column in any inventory report in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the desired report that you want to add a column to.
Step 2: Click on "Custom Columnsin the report’s header part.
Step 3: Create a Format Name and click on Add New Col.. Enter the details such as heading, position, data type, etc. for the new column.
Step 4: Choose a category and click on Fields. Find and select the field that you want to show in the new column. Save your changes.
Step 5: Reopen the report with the format name that you created. You will see your new column with the appropriate data.

If you want quantity and rate fields in sale and purchase register under account books,you can open and then add custom column for quantity and rate fields as available by selecting coloumn number and heading in custom coloumns and also you must have stanrard or enterprise model to add custom column and user right to add columns in reports.
But sales and purchase register including inventory details like item,quantity and rate fields,you can follow these steps
Step 1 Go to display and then INVENTORY books
Step 2 Go to inventory registers standard
Step 3 Then select sales register or purhase register,then parties either all or groupwise
Step 4 Then select date range and other required options
