In BUSY, you can check the stock status report as per the data entered in BUSY. To reconcile the physical stock with book stock , you need to cross verify the data manually.

When you create your company if you have some opening balance of item then you should enter it in the item master and if buy new stock then acc through the purchase voucher.

To view the stock status in BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and submenu stock status
Step 2: Then choose the closing stock option in accordance with the choices provided

Maintaining stock in BUSY, we can use all inventory voucher like Purchase, Sale, Sale Return, Purchase return etc.
we can raise invoice in those voucher and can track status in Inventory reports.

To manage stock levels and inventory in BUSY without inventory management features, you can do from BUSY by default stock level and inventory management without enabeling the inventory management features.
