My Dongle is lost what to do?

 If a dongle is lost, no new dongle will be issued. Only BUSY can offer Soft Lock against the lost dongle provided you have a valid BLS

If dongle is lost, you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Make sure you have a valid BLS which is not expired as on today
Step 2: Send a letter to support@busy.in on your letter that your dongle is lost and you need a soft lock for this. If in future you will find your old dongle you will return to BUSY.
Step 3: Once BUSY head office will receive the letter they will issue a soft lock key for the same
Step 4: Now follow the soft lock registration process
Step 5: Softlock Registration
Serial No
Activation Key >Validate Serial No
Register softlock
Step 5: After Received Licence file on mail
Step 6: download Licence file > Copy licence file > Paste where is BUSY installed >Reopen BUSY

What to do if BUSY USB dongle is lost?

 For Dongle Lost, You have to share the Company Letterhead details with duly stamp to us. You will get the softlock license of BUSY on chargeable basis if license is expired. 

What do i do if my BUSY dongle is stolen?

 If your BUSY Dongle is lost then email us a request on "support@busy.in" on your company's letter head from your registered email id.
