Apply for a softlock by emailing support@busy.in from your registered email ID. Share photos of the front and back of the dongle and the courier copy. Once details are received, you'll get your softlock key via email.

Why is my dongle not working to running BUSY?
If your dongle is not working in BUSY, then migh be these possible reasons:
1: Might be the USB port of your system not reconginze the dongle so you need to insert into another port.
2: May be issue in your system so you need to check into the another system.

What is the process to convert my BUSY software dongle to wireless?
To convert your BUSY software dongle to wireless, you need to submit your dongle to the BUSY head office and request to convert your softlock from your dongle. You will need to mail your dongle's serial number from your registered email ID and attach a photo of your dongle with courier tracking number.The process may take some time, and you will not be able to use BUSY during this time. Once the process is complete, you will be able to use BUSY without the dongle.
