In case of Dongle Security, issue can be with system port or dongle itself. Please check with below steps

Step 1: In the dongle, we can connect the client user to the same premises only.
Step 2: You need to keep your dongle with you always.
Step 3: The USB port is also not working in the dongle, so we need to check on another USM port.
Step 4: If you're using BUSY 21 version 9.0 or above with a Dongle licence (hard lock), please note that a dongle licence requires BUSY 18 to function. After the 9.0 release of BUSY 21, it no longer supports the dongle license.
Ensure you have BUSY 18 installed for compatibility.
When encountering an administration-related error during the installation of BUSY software, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Right-click on the installation file and choose Run as Administrator.
2. Check the User Account Control settings on your system. If it's set to a high level, lower it temporarily during the installation process.
3. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall software during the installation.
4. Ensure that the installation file is not corrupted.
5. Try installing BUSY in compatibility mode. Right-click on the installation file, go to Properties, and under the Compatibility tab, select the windows version

While opening BUSY, If it shows Demo mode then follow these steps to solve it:
Step 1: Revalidate the soft-lock license file from the License management menu
Step 2: Re-open the BUSY software
Step 3: If the issue is not resolved, then generate the softlock license file and paste it into the BUSYWIN folder
Step 4: Then Re-open the BUSY and Check
