Why does my busy software showing demo mode?
Reason for Showing Busy software in demo mode are:-
1. If you installed or reinstalled the software and didn’t activate it, it will automatically run in demo mode.
2. If your Busy License service (BLS) has expired, some versions may revert to demo mode.
3. If your system was formatted or Windows was reinstalled, the license file may get removed.
4. Changing hard disk, motherboard, or major hardware can deactivate the license.
5. If you busy edition model change (e.g., Basic instead of Enterprise), your existing license may not match.

As a multi-user client with dongle access, I am unable to perform certain tasks in the software. What are the limitations for multi-user dongle customers?
To perform certain tasks in the software in multi-user mode, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: In the dongle, we can connect the client user to the same premises only.
Step 2: You need to keep your dongle with you always.
Step 3: The USB port is also not working in the dongle, so we need to check on another USM port.
Note: Dongle services are discontinued so if you have dongle you can switch to softlock by connecting on support help line 8282828282.
BUSY shows an administration-related error while installing the software, what steps can I take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?
If Busy Accounting Software shows an administration error while installing:
1. Right-click the setup file → click Run as Administrator.
2. Make sure you are logged in as an Administrator user.
3. Temporarily disable antivirus and try again.
4. Restart the computer and reinstall.

How do I check which BUSY version I have installed?
To check your version of Busy Accounting Software:
1. Open BUSY.
2. Look at the top of the screen — the version number is usually displayed there.
OR
3. Go to Help → About BUSY.
4. The installed version number will be shown in that window.
I want to close my account/cancel my license what is the procedure?
To close your account or cancel your license in Busy Accounting Software:
1. You cannot cancel it inside the software.
2. Contact BUSY customer support on 8282828282 or your Busy dealer.
3. Request them to cancel or deactivate your license.
If I cancel my license, will I get any refund on subscription fees paid earlier?
If you cancel your Busy Accounting Software license, you normally do not get a refund for fees already paid.
Only in rare cases (like a complaint within 7 days) might BUSY consider it
Where can I find the serial number for my interface?
When you open Busy Accounting Software, the serial number is displayed at the top of the screen as the Subscription ID.
