You no need to open the license file. you have to download and do copy paste in the BUSYwin folder where your BUSY is already installed in the drive and then reopen it BUSY again it will get open license mode.

In BUSY, You cannot maintain two license in single system. if one license is activated on one hdd/machinn, you cannot install a new license on that PC unless and untill we will not surrender and active the old license to another PC.

If you are prompted to Define OTP after clicking on the validate serial number option while doing soft lock registration you have to mention OTP there that you will receive on your registered Email ID and complete the registration process.

If you are not able to revalidate softlock , check the options bellow:
Step 1: Make sure you have stable internet connection 
Step 2: Check in BUSY installed folder that license file is present 
Step 3: Exclude BUSY from antivirus

If BUSY is running in demo mode follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu and select licence management option.
Step 2: Then select revalidate licence file option and make sure internet is connected on pc.

For Activate BUSY Accouting sofware After Registration, you can follow these steps: 
 1. Download license file from your registered mail d 
 2. copy license file and paste file where BUSY is installed.

To configure BUSY for direct use on computer without dongle 
 you need to register your hard disk id or machine ID with 
 softlock license and need to register it in your system

To reset Softlock file password follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Licence Management
Step 2: Get Softlock Licence file
