If you are getting service not available error at softlock registration then check the possible reasons:
1.Ensure that BUSY is excluded from antivirus.
2.BUSY must not be blocked from window firewall.
3.Check by change internet connection.

There are many reason of BUSY in Demo mode To fix It you need to Follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to License Management.
Step 2: Click on Re-validate softlock licensce file.
Step 3: Reopen BUSY.

You can find your license number from the header of BUSY and you will receive the license details on your register mail and if you have dongle then license number available on dongle.

for cheking license expiration date or bls date after login company see the top row 
 BLS upto date was mension also see lower panel of BUSY screen BLS Valid Upto dated

For deactivte a software license on BUSY please follow below mention steps:-
 Step 1:- Company Tab
 Step 2:- License Management
 Step 3:- Surrender License 
 Enter details of license and then surrender

If you have multi user licensce then you can use on other sytem with same sereal no. 
 In case of single user you can only use on single sytem that license.

To switch the license from one computer to another, you need to deactivate the license on the first computer and then activate it on the second computer using the same license key.

If you have not received the email OTP for BUSY  you can try checking your spam or junk folder. If it is not there,then verfiy mail again to send OTP.

 your register mail ID and search BUSY registration mail where you can find the details
