If you do not see your license details in the soflock registration section, it may be because you did not enter them when you registered your license for the first time.

To register softlock: Step 1:CLick on company menu Step 2 : Softlock registration Step 3 : Put serial no and activation key Step 4 : Register Step 5 : Paste license file in BUSYwin folder

To delete the old softlock license file then put the cursor on the file and press delete button and after that do copy paste the new file in BUSYwin folder.

If showing activation key invalid then it could be possible that you are entering a activation key for other license number or missing some character in activation key
