If your BUSY Shows demo mode follow these steps: 
 1.Open Your BUSY. 
 2.In menu Shows Option Select BUSY Model Click on that Option. 
 3.Then Select Your Model As Per Your License & Save the Configuration. 
 4.Check by Doing Softlock Registration. 
 5.Ensure that you have a stable inernet connection during the activation process. 
 6.Then Download Your license file and paste it in buswin folder. 
 7.If You Are a Dongle User Try To Insert Dongle in Diffrent Port. 
 8.Then Restart BUSY & Check. 
 9.Ensure that you are using the latest version of the BUSY.

To install BUSY, you can follow these steps:
1. Download the latest version of BUSY from the official website www.busy.in
2.. Run the downloaded setup file and follow the installation instructions. 
3. After installation, launch BUSY and activate it using your license key. 
4.Open BUSY and click on License Management in company Menu.
5. Click on softlock registration and enter serial no. and activation key you receive at the time of Purchase.
6. Enter your complete details like Company Name, Nature of work, Address ,City, state, GST No., Accountant and CA details with Email id and Password.
7. After enter the whole details you will Press register, a License file receive in your registered mail id, Place that file to C drive=> BUSYwin where your BUSY is registered then your License will activated.

To get your BUSY number corrected and linked to your account , you need to follow the steps 
Step1 go to license management option and surrender softlock with valid serial number mail id and password 
Step2 after surrender click on get activation key on license management option 
Step3 Put the valid serial number mail id and password and get the activation key on your mail Id 
Step4 again click on license management and click on softlock registration and put the valid serial number and activation key then validate and put register mail id and password and reenter password and get register 
Step5 after registration you will get the license file on mail so download and copy it and paste it in BUSYwin folder and restart BUSY application

You have to follow below steps to setup after new installation:
 Step 1: Go to company menu , then click on SELECT BUSY MODEL and select relevant BUSY model according to license purchased.
 Step 2: Then go to license management and select softlock registration.
 Step 3: Then choose bind softlock with hard disk, machine ID and IP address.
 Step 4: Then enter the serial no and activation key.
 Step 5: Then fill up the registration details such invoice details and company information.
 Step 6: Then specify the email ID and registration password and then submit.
 Step 7: After registration you will receive a mail as in that have to download license file.
 Step 8: Then copy license file and paste in BUSYwin folder and restart your BUSY.

To activate your license key for the software, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to company menu , then click on sofltock registration.
 Step 2: Then select softlock registration.

 Note : Select the correct BUSY model according to your license purchased.

To transfer the licence to a new computer, you need to follow the below steps:
  Step 1: First, download the BUSY app on the new computer from BUSY.For this, you need to go to your available browser and visit the site. in site and click on resources and click on download, then click on BUSY 21 latest set-up to download the BUSY set-up.
  Step 2: After this, you need to install the BUSY set-up by following the instructions in the set-up and finishing the installation.
  Step 3: Then you need to open BUSY, then go to Licence Management and Softlock Registration
  Step 4: Enter Activation Key
  Step 5: Reopen BUSY, BUSY will show msg A valid security device (softlock ) has been found.

Below are the steps for activating the BUSY Product 
1) Find the soft lock activation Key and Serial no of the product from his mail.
2) Install BUSY setup in Windows system/Laptop
3) Go to company menuand then Liceance management and then Soft lock registration 
4) Complete soft lock registration for - current machine /other machine 
5) Bind soft lock with - Harddisk (HDD) /Machine ID/ IP
6) Complete Serial No. details - S.No, Activation code and validate 
7) Provide registration details with user mail ID and password 
8) Click on Register 
9) Process complete and follow the given message 
10) will get the file in the mail keep it in BUSYwin and reopen BUSY.
11) Go to Set Model and choose as per the license

If you are facing an error message of HDD mismatch while open BUSY then follow below steps:
Step1: Go to company menu and click on license management section
Step2: Next, select the softlock registration option and enter the serial number and activation key in the respective fields. Afterward, click on the validate option.
Step3: Now press yes on the surrender softlock option and then specify registered mail id and password and press OK
Step4: Then, re-enter the registered password, confirm the password, and save the process by clicking on the save button.
Step5: Afterwards, you will receive a BUSY registration email in your registered email inbox. Download the license file from the email and paste it into the BUSYWin folder. Then, restart BUSY to resume working.

Step 1: Open BUSY, click "license management" option under company tab
 Step 2; Revalidate License
 Step 3: Select Softlock Registration option
 Step 4: Enter Activation Key
 Step 5: OTP Verification
 Step 6: Re open Busy
 Note : Softlock should not be done in the following scenarios. 
 During Windows Formatting / Reinstallation:
 If the user is simply reinstalling Windows or formatting the system, Softlock is not required.
  Instead, restore the previous system backup and revalidate the existing license.
 When Busy is Running in Demo Mode on Server:
 If Busy software is opening in Demo Mode, do not register again immediately.
  First, try to Revalidate not do softlock registration.
 Incorrect Busy Model Selected:
 Before registering, check that the correct Busy Model is selected

The serial number in the new system will not automatically display after specify the data from the pendrive. however you will need to register the license in the new system by following below steps:
Step1: Open the software and go to company menu
Step2: Then click on License management section and click on softlock registration option
Step3: Now enter your BUSY Serial number and activation key in the required field and click on validate serial number button
Step4: After validation specify registered mail id and password and again specify to confirm the password and save the configuration
Step5: After that a confirmation mail has beed received on your registered email id and download the license file, paste in the BUSYwin folder and reopen BUSY
