To register your BUSY license, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then select the license management option under company menu and click on softlock registration.
Step 2: You can register your license based on Hard Disk, Machine ID or IP Address.
Step 3: Enter the serial number and cctivation Key then click on the validate serial number button to verify your details
Step 4: Enter the registered email id and password then click on register button.
Step 5: After that you will receive an email with a license file attached. Download the file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you installed.
Step 6: Reopen the BUSY to get run in the license mode.

If dongle is not available and want to register softlock license as you are convert license from dongle to softlock then follow below steps:
Step1: Open the software and go to company menu
Step2: Then click on License management section and click on softlock registration option
Step3: Now enter your BUSY Serial number and activation key in the required field and click on validate serial number button
Step4: After validation specify registered mail id and password and again specify to confirm the password and save the configuration
Step5: After that a confirmation mail has beed received on your registered email id and download the license file, paste in the BUSYwin folder and reopen BUSY

If you want to register your BUSY license, you can follow these steps:
  Step 1: Open the busy.in website, go to the Downloads section. 
  Step 2: Download the latest setup of BUSY. Please install BUSY on the drive where you want to install it. 
  Step 3: Open BUSY, click "license management" option under company tab
  Step 4: Select Softlock Registration option
  Step 5: Enter Activation Key
  Step 6: Re open Busy 
 To validate your license in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
  Step 1: Go to license Management and click on Re-Validate Softlock License and proceed.
  Step 2: After successfully validate your license you can your BUSY.

If you want to register your BUSY license, you can follow these steps:
  Step 1: Open the busy.in website, go to the Downloads section. 
  Step 2: Download the latest setup of BUSY. Please install BUSY on the drive where you want to install it.

After updating dongle to softlock you have to register softlock license file . For register license follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open BUSY then go to license management 
Step 2: Select option register softlock license file 
Step 3: Mention serial number and activation key provided on mail
Step 4: Then validate serial number 
Step 5: Now mention registration details correctly such as company name , address and invoice details
Step 6: Mention mail id and create registration password then click on register  
Step 7: Now you will receive license file on your mentioned mail
Step 8: Copy the license file recieved on mail and paste in BUSY installed folder 

If the hardisk number is changed and unable to access BUSY then you need to register again your license on machine id by using these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on license management option under company menu and choose softlock registration.
Step 2: Tick on machine id option
Step 3: Enter the serial number and cctivation Key the click on the validate serial number button to verify your details
Step 4: Enter the registered email id and password then click on register button.
Step 5: After that you will receive an email with a license file attached. Download the file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you installed.

If you want to retrieve your license key you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Close your company and then click on License Management option in company menu .
Step 2: Now click on Get softlock License File option
Step 3: Now enter your Serial No.,Registetr email id and password and password is not remember then click on forgot option and it will be send to on your mail id and then enter in BUSY.
Step 4: Now click on Get license file option and check mail on Registetr email id.
Step 5: Now download License key and then paste in BUSYwin Folder where BUSY has installed and restart your BUSY.

You can register softlock license once you have received the activation key on your mail by following below steps:
Step1: Open BUSY software and go to company menu
Setp2: Then click on license management section and select the softlock registration option
Step3: Now enter the serial number and activation key in the respective fields then click on the validate option.
Step4: Then specify required details along with registered mail id and password and press OK
Step5: Afterwards, you will receive a BUSY registration email in your registered email inbox. Download the license file from the email and paste it into the BUSYWin folder. Then, restart BUSY to resume working.

Steps to follow for softlock registration in BUSY
 Step:1 Go to company menu and select licence management option from it.
 Step:2 Select softlock registration option.
 Step:3 Before proceeding make sure to have serial, activation key, registered mail id and registration password which you can find it from your registered mail id.
 Step:4 Enter the details in the softlock registration window.
 Step:5 Press on register buttion on bottom of the window.
 Step:6 After successful registration you will get mail from BUSY with attached licence file need to copy that in BUSYwin folder.
 By using these step you can registered your softlock file.

To troubleshoot invalid messages when entering the serial number in BUSY, you can try the following steps:
 Step 1. Double-check the serial number: Make sure you have entered the correct serial number without any types or mistakes.
 Step 2. Verify the format: Ensure that you are entering the serial number in the correct format specified by BUSY.
 Step 3 : Serial must be of 6 or 8 digit
