Softlock Registration : We have to do softlock registration then will get a license file on our registered email ID. Then have to copy and paste it in BUSYwin Folder.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Company Menu
Step 2: License Management
Step 3: Softlock Registration
Step 4: Select the Current Machine and Bind with Option Eithe Hard Disk ,Machine ID or IP Address.
Step 5: Mention the BUSY Serial Number and Activation Key 
Step 6: User Company Details
Step 7: You will get a license file in your registered email ID.
Step 8: Copy License File from email id and paste it in BUSYwin Folder.
If BUSY License has expired then will be renew on chargeable basis either directly from Company end or Channel Partner.

If you are facing HDD mismatch error while opening the BUSY, then you need to register again your license by using these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY click license management option under company tab
Step 2: Select Softlock Registration option
Step 3: You have to select Machine ID.
Step 4: Enter the Serial No. and Activation Key that you received from BUSY. Click on the Validate Serial No. button.
Step 5: Enter your registered email id and password.
Step 6: After clicking on the Register button, you will receive an email with a license file attached. 
Step 7: Download the file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you installed
Step 8: Now, reopen the BUSY and can use it.

To activate BUSY using the Activation key, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to the License Management tab.
Step 2: Click on the Softlock Registration option and enter your BUSY Serial No. and activation key.
Step 3: Click on the Validate Serial No. button and wait for the validation process to complete.
Step 4: Enter your registered email id and registration password and click on the Register button.
Step 5: You will receive an email on your registered email id with a license file attached. Download the license file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you have installed BUSY.
Step 6: You have successfully activated BUSY. You can now launch it and start using it.

To retrieve your license file and serial no. you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Check on your registered email id there will be a mail named BUSY Registration that contains serial no. and license file.
Step 2: If you have serial no. but want license file then in BUSY you can get this by go to License Management.
Step 3: Click on Get Softlock License File and mentioned all details required your license file will be send to your registered mail id.

If your software license or activation code does not seem to be working, follow the below steps: 
 Step 2: You need to go to Licence Management and Softlock Registration. Enter the serial number and activation key, validate the licence, enter your registered mail ID, and follow the registration process. 
 Step 3: Then you will receive a fresh mail for the licence file. You have to download that file and paste the licence file in the BUSYwin folder. 
 Step 4: and then re-open the BUSY software; it will show you in licence mode. This will remove the demo mode and activate the BUSY on the new computer in licence mode.

Please Follow the below steps:
Step 1: Company menu ( before opening the company)
Step 2: Then click on License management
Step 3: Softlock registration then enter your serial no. in Serial number field 
Step 4: Enter activation code which also received with your serial number and then click on validate option
Step 5: Then enter all required details e.g. invoice number, caompany name etc
Step 6: Enter your mail id and make sure you are entring correct/active mail id then enter the password and save 
Step 7: Then you will recive license file on your mail after registration
Step 8: download and paste that file in BUSYwin folder in BUSY is installed and re-open the BUSY.

To register your BUSY license on new laptop, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on License management option under company tab
Step 2: Then, select Softlock Registration option.
Step 3: You can register your license based on Hard Disk, Machine ID, or IP Address.
Step 4: Enter the Serial No. and Activation Key which is on your registered email id and click on Validate.
Step 5: Enter registered email id and password and click on Register.
Step 6: Now, you will receive an email with a license file attached. Download the file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you installed
Step 7: Now, reopen the BUSY and can use it.

To activate BUSY after purchase, you need to enter the serial and activation key number provided during the purchase process and follow steps 
1. Open the software and go to the 'Company' menu 
2. Open License management 
3. Soft lock registration 
4. Choose the current machine or another machine -in cases of BUSY license activate for others and specify the system info file. 
5. Select bind soft lock with HDD/ Machine ID/IP address 
6. Enter the serial number & and activation code and follow the prompts to complete the activation process 
7. Feed the valid mail id for the license and click on ok 
8. Fallow the screening process for licenses
