Step 1: Open BUSY Software, go to company option.
Step 2: Select 'Training / Help Videos' option.
Step 3: You will get new window option 'BUSY Training / Help', in this option you will find various option you need to choose 'Help Videos' & select desire language (Hindi Or English)
Step 4: It will take you to the YouTube page more quickly.
Step 5: You will discover our Official YouTube page option there, and in the right-hand corner, you'll see the 'Subscribe' option.
Step 6: Click on that option, then click 'Subscribe,' and finally, click on the bell icon to receive timely notifications.

You can work with multiple company accounts simultaneously in BUSY. Switching between different company accounts can indeed be done using the Alt + Tab key combination or manually clicking on the company tabs.

When some features are missing then pls check the below steps :
 Step 1: According to the BUSY Model, There are some features which is available in standard and Enterprise model but not in Basic. Make sure to seleect the correct model as per your BUSY license.
 Step 2: If Company is open from the sub user and admin user has not given rights to the some feature then it will not show.
 Step 3:Pls update the BUSY to the latest version as some feature was not there in are old BUSY version below BUSY 18.
