Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to mobile-app - app activation
To access and use the mobile app for BUSY you need to follow these steps:
Step 1:You need to first purchase the app from BUSY or an authorized dealer.
Step 2:After that,you will receive an activation key via email,and then you will need to activate it on your mobile device.
Step 3:You can go to the play store and Download the latest version of BUSY Mobile application,
Step 4:First,you will need to configure the mobile app in BUSY,then open BUSY,
Step 5:Go to the Administration menu,
Step 6:Click configuration,
Step 7:Click Features and Options,then click General tab,
Step 8:Here,you can enable BDEP id and create new BDEP id,then enable BUSY mobile app, after that two option will appear,Click through cloud sync then save this configuration.
Step 9:Then go to Administration,click on Data export import,Click on Cloud sync,click on Bulk upload,
Step 10:Click start upload,when its successfully uploaded then Activate on your mobile app,
Step 11:Open your BUSY mobile app on your device,
Step 12:Enter BDEP ID,user name of your BUSY and password,
Step 13:Enter Activation key,it will be activate,
Now you can access the BUSY mobile app on your device.
If you have purchased the BUSY mobile app subscription and received the activation code, please follow the below steps.
Step 1: Go to administration and then click on configuration
Step 2: Select Features and option and click on General tab
Step 3: Enable the BUSY data exchange platform feature and then create the universal ID for BDEP and save it.
Step 4: Now , Go to administration again and then Click on user tab
Step 5: Select the Cloud sync user and add the username and password
Step 6: Afterward , Go to administration and then click on data export and import option
Step 7: Select the cloud sync option and proceed for Bulk upload option
Step 8: Start the bulk upload process and wait for it to complete.
Step 9: Next , Download the GST billing and accounting application from play store
Step 10: Open the BUSY app and then enter the BDEP ID along with cloud sync username and password
Step 11: Then enter the activation code proceed. You Mobile App is ready to use.
If you had subscribed for BUSY Mobile App and have an activation code, then follow these steps to activate it:
Step 1: First you need to create a BDEP id by going to the Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on General. Here, you will see an option called Enable BUSY Data Exchange Platform (BDEP) set Y on that and create a ID and save.
Step 3: Next, you need to create user for mobile app by going to the Administration menu then click on Users.
Step 4: Select Cloud Sync User and click on Add and create it.
Step 5: Now, go back to Administration and click on Data Export / Import.
Step 6: Select Cloud sync and click on Bulk Upload.
Step 7: Click on the Start Upload button and wait for the process to be completed.
Step 8: Finally open the BUSY Mobile App and enter the BDEP Id along with Username & Password.
Step 9: Then enter the Activation code and proceed. You Mobile App is ready to use.
If you had subscribed for BUSY Mobile App and have an activation code, then follow these steps to link with BUSY:

Step 9: Then enter the Activation code and proceed. You Mobile App is ready to use.
To activate the BUSY mobile app on your new phone, follow these steps:
1.Ensure you have a mobile app license and complete the necessary configurations.
2.Go to the Administration tab and click on Data Export Import.
3.Select Cloud Sync and choose Bulk Upload for the first upload or Incremental Upload for subsequent ones.
4.Click on Start Upload and wait for the process to finish.
5.Go to the app store on your phone (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS).
6.Search for BUSYwin in the app store.
7.Find the BUSY app GST billing and accounting app in the search results and tap on it.
8.Click on Install (for Android) or Get (for iOS) to download and install the app on your phone.
9.Once installed, open the app.
10.Follow the prompts to enter your credentials like Bdep id, user name, and password.
11.Enter the activation code to complete the setup.
12.After activation, you can access your data from the mobile app.
Note: These steps may vary slightly depending on your specific device and app store.
There is no timeframe for mobile app activation code, we can provide once the process get complete in the customer support.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: When you make the payment for the mobile app then approval get done from the payment status
Step 2: Then AC get credit by the concern team in HI.BUSY for that BUSY serial number which you have provided to us.
Step 3: Then we will call you for the transaction code which get send on mobile number and in your email id after that activation code get generate.
Step 4: Download the mobile app from app store or play store
Step 5: Once the mobile user get created in BUSY with bdep then mention the activation code on mobile app with mobile app username and password.
Note : You can also make the payment to your channel partner then they will provide you the mobile app activation code.
To set up the mobile application and sync data from BUSY to your mobile device, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on Configuration
Step 2: Then Go to Features and option menu and select the General tab
Step 3: Now, Enable the BUSY exchange data platform feature and create the unique Bdep id
Step 4: Afterward Enable BUSY mobile app feature and select Through cloud sync option and then save the configuration.
Step 5: Next, Go to administration again then Configuration and click on User option
Step 6: Select the cloud sync user and create a new user for device.
Step 7: Next, Go to administration then Data export import and select the Cloud sync option.
Step 8: Click on Bulk Upload to initiate the process. Once the upload is complete, your data will be successfully synced.
To configure the mobile app, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Purchase the BUSY mobile app.
Step 2: Go to administration menu and then select configuration from it.
Step 3: Then select feature and option and click on general feature.
Step 4: Then mention Y on enable BUSY data exchange platform and click on configure button to create BDEP ID.
Step 5: After that mention Y on enable BUSY mobile app and select though cloud sync then click on save button.
Step 6: Go to administration menu and select users then add cloud sync user.
Step 7: Go to administration menu and select data export import option.
Step 8: Then select cloud sync option and bulk upload to upload data on cloud.
Step 9: Then party in mobile app enter BDEP id and user password to access data on mobile.

If the mobile App for BUSY is not working on your Apple device,you can get the mobile app on IOS,follow these steps:
Step 1:Make sure,You should have a subscription to the BUSY mobile app.
Step 2:First you need to uninstall the mobile app and re install,
Step 3:You can go to the IOS play store and Download the latest version of BUSY Mobile application,
Step 4:Please activate by entering the BDEP ID and activation key.
Step 5:If its showing any issue to activation,Check in your BUSY the BDEP ID you have entered is correct or not.
Step 6:You can check also to create new BDEP id,
Step 7:Your data should also be bulk uploaded from BUSY,
Step 8:Make sure,You cannot activate it on more than three devices on any phone.
