Data not sync in Mobile form RDP/PC, how to Fix it.

 To fix issues with data sync, follow these steps:
Step 1 : Make sure both your BUSY software and mobile app are updated to the latest versions.
Step 2 : Bulk Upload Data After Upgrading BUSY:
If you're upgrading from BUSY 21 version 9.4 or older to BUSY 9.5 or higher, perform a bulk upload of your data.
Check Permissions in Windows and Antivirus:
Step 3 : If the sync is still not working, check and allow permissions in your Windows settings and antivirus software.
Step 4 : Confirm whether the issue is with your PC or the internet by testing with another internet connection.
Step 5 : If the problem persists, share your BDEP ID and UID with the support team at support@busy.in. They will provide a server URL, which you need to whitelist with your internet service provider.
Following these steps should help address data sync-related problems.

How to resolve mobile data not uploading issue?

 If you are first time uploading your data and at the time of uploading showing error 
then you can create a new BDEP ID after deleting old one and try to upload again
But if your data is not uploading for the first time then you have to check the
data you are uploading it dont have any junk files clear the junk character or incomplete
vouchers from house keeping menu then upload the data

 If showing Invalid account name at the time of uploading data you need 
to follow the steps
1 go to house keeping menu and click on check junk character
2 click on you can proceed as I have the latest backup select master and
remove the junk character from the account which showing in error list

Data upload stopped at 5%

 If Bulk data upload process stopped at 5% then please follow the
given steps
Step 1: Make sure BUSY has full access to internet in firewall.
Step 2: Delete data from cloud sync option then re upload.
Step 3: Make sure using latest release of BUSY.

 If you encounter an error during Cloud Sync, follow these steps:
Step1 Match the system date with the Indian Standard Date Time format.
Step 2 Ensure your system date and time settings are correct.
Step 3 Retry the Cloud Sync after updating the date and time settings.

While uploading Bulk data on Cloud stuck on 5% ?

 To resolve the error in bulk data upload, ensure that you are using the latest release of BUSY, check the compatibility with BUSY Mobile App, and veriFinancial Year the stability of your internet connection. 

While Uploading Data Incomplete Data Uploaded Msg Showing

 This error will rectiFinancial Year by changing system date and time as per indian standard time from control panel select date and time and set it properly.
