In mobile app if you want to switch fy after uploading the both financial year data you can go to home window of app - setting - change financial year.

If you want to change the terms and conditions, then you
must change the standard invoice terms and conditions, then
sync incremental data changes will be done.

How can I ensure that all vouchers are synced in mobile app, including journal entries?

To ensure that all vouchers, including journal entries, are synced in BUSY , you can run a full data sync instead of an incremental sync.

I am unable to get automatic updates on the mobile application. What should I do to resolve this?

For Mobile App, we have to check in Play Store or App Store for Updates. We not get automatic update notification for app.
