Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to mobile-app - delete mobile app data issue
To delete the uploaded data on cloud sync server, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on the data export invoice.
Step 2: Choose the cloud sync and select delete data
Step 3: Click on yes to delete the uploaded data on cloud sync server then specify the BDEP password.
Step 4: After press on Ok tab, the data will delete from BUSY mobile application.
If you are facing a Run Time Error 380 while deleting cloud data in BUSY, then you need to check compatibility, UAC, and restart the system. Afterward, veriFinancial Year if the issue persists.
To delete app data, go to the app settings and select clear data or delete app data. Then, to re-upload the data, follow the steps to upload the data again.
To delete the app data from your phone/tablet, go to the settings, select the app, and then click on the option to clear data or uninstall the app.
