Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to mobile-app - increamental data upload
To auto sync BUSY data in mobile, you need to install BUSY agent and configure for it by follow these steps:
Step 1: Download BUSYAgent from our official site busy.in.
Step 2: Install application in same drive and folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 3: BUSY agent will open after installation. Now, Click on cloud sync configuration.
Step 4: Set Y to enable automatic incremental sync then update the intervals minutes and save the configuration.
Step 5: Next, add the BUSY agent in startup.
The data is not being updated in real-time while making bills in BUSY. To automatically sync data in the mobile app using BUSY Agent, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent and click on the cloud sync configuration. Make sure the BUSY Agent is updated to the latest release.
Step 2: Enable the Automatic Incremental Sync Option and specify the time interval.
Step 3: Click on the Save option to confirm the changes.
If showing issue in cloud synch then follow the steps
1 Open company and click on administration menu then click on
data export import and click to cloud synch
2 then click on Bulk upload if you have any other previous year then
do the same for each year
3 then again go to data export import and then cloud synch and click
on incremental upload
If data is not syncing in mobile app, then you can take some action:
1. Make sure that BUSY ,Mobile app and BUSY agent if incremental upload happen from it,should be updated,
2. Make sure internet connect is stable if not then check by change connection.
3. Make sure all configuration for Mobile app in BUSY agent Bdep id and password should be correctly entered
If you addded sales order in BUSY mobile app then you can sync them in BUSY system by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Data Export Import then click on Cloud Sync.
Step 3: Then click on Download Transaction and your will all the voucher which is created by the mobile app and save them.
If you are facing issue in increamental data upload to cloud server through BUSY Agent, then you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Check after increamental upload data from BUSY.
Step 2: Check after bulk upload data from BUSY.
Step 3: Make sure you are using the latest version of BUSY agent, if not update it and check.
To upload the latest entries to mobile app from BUSY, you should follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select data export import option.
Step 2: Select cloud sync option and click on incremental upload option.
Step 3: Click on start upload button and after complete the process check on the mobile app.
To fix sync issues in BUSY, make sure that the Cloud Sync feature is enabled on all devices and that BUSY is open in the background at the time of sync. Also, check for any errors or issues with the internet connection. If the issue persists, contact BUSY support for further assistance.
To see bulk upload succesfully or not, if you sync your date from BUSY manually then it will show you Message for successful process but if auto sync from BUSY agent the it shows status for incremental upload completed and to ensure you can check Mobile app and check your data.
To fix the issue of automatic incremental uploads not working in BUSY CloudSync, you can try the following steps:
1. Check your internet connectivity to ensure a stable connection.
2. Verify that the Cloud sync configuration is enable in BUSY agent..
3. Update your Mobile app,BUSY and BUSY agent.
