Yes, if someone else enters data on the desktop while you're out, it will sync to your app. The BUSYagent software will automatically sync BUSY data from the computer to the BUSY cloud for the BUSY Mobile app.

Q: I am trying to use the "incremental upload" feature but it does not seem to be working. Do I need to enable something for incremental uploads to work?

If incremental upload is not working then you can do some steps: 1. Make sure data exists to upload incrementely. 2. Update you BUSY,BUSY agent if incremental process enabled there and update your mobile app 3: Check your internet connection stablity.
