If someone else enters data on the desktop while I'm out, will that sync to my app?

Yes, if someone else enters data on the desktop while you're out, it will sync to your app. The BUSYagent software will automatically sync BUSY data from the computer to the BUSY cloud for the BUSY Mobile app.

I am trying to use the "incremental upload" feature but it does not seem to be working. Do I need to enable something for incremental uploads to work?

If incremental upload is not working then you can do some steps:
1. Make sure data exists to upload incrementely.
2. Update you BUSY,BUSY agent if incremental process enabled there and update your mobile app
3: Check your internet connection stablity.

How frequently does BUSY sync data with the cloud servers? My data is outdated.

The BUSY Agent application allows you to configure the time interval for syncing BUSY data to the cloud server for your mobile app. The frequency of data sync depends on the time interval you choose.

While attempting to upload data, an issue related to size. How can this be resolved?

Previously, the data size limit for data upload was 1GB for mobile app. However, in the latest BUSY release, there is no such restriction, and you cannot encounter this error.

I spoke to customer support earlier and they mentioned server issues. Are the problems with receiving files on Mobile App due to server issues?

Yes, issue in receiving file on mobile app can be because server issue you can check the same after sometime.

Is the data sync between laptop and phone automatic in BUSY?

Yes data sync is available in BUSY between system and mobile app through BUSY agent .
