How do I resolve the problem of duplicate entries in my mobile application?

 To resolve the problem of duplicate entries in your mobile application, please ensure that if duplicate entries are displayed in BUSY, they are also reflected in the mobile application. If there are no duplicate entries in BUSY but they still appear in the mobile app, please follow the below steps:
Step1: Firstly take latest backup of the company data and then go to administration menu
Step2: Now click on data export import option and select cloud sync section
Step3: Then click on delete data option and press on Yes then mention BDEP password and then click on Ok
Step4: Afterward, you will receive a confirmation message regarding the deletion of data. Then, proceed to click on the Bulk upload option under the cloud sync section.
Step5: Next, select the Start upload option and the process may take a few minutes to complete. Once the bulk upload is finished, you can review your entries in your mobile application.

Why cannot I see te sale data in BUSY Mobile app?

 To view the latest sales data in BUSY mobile app, you have to ensure the following thimgs and after following some steps you will be able to view the sale report.
Step 1: Make sure that you are using the latest version of BUSY app and BUSY mobile app as well.
Step 2: Go to Administration then click on Data import export.
Step 3: Then go to cloud sync then increamental upload option.
Step 4: Complete the process if have any pending data, it will take some time.
Step 5: Open the BUSY mobile app in your phone then log in with the BDEP id and cloud sync user ID password.
Step 6: click on dropdown option displayed in the left side of the phone.
Step 7: A bunch of options will appear, click on sales optionthen filter on date range.
Step 8: Now you can check the sales party wise in BUSY mobile app.

The app shows the same outstanding amount every day, how do I get it to update properly?

 To update the outstanding amount in the app, kindly follow the step below:
Method 1
Step1: Go to administration menu
Step2: Select Import Export Data and click on cloud sync
Step3: Select the incremental upload and start if upload successful.
Step4: check on app see outstanding amount show correct.
If is still is not updating
Method 2
Step1: Then Go to Import Export Data and cloud sync.
Step2: And try first Delete Data on cloud.
Step3: After Delete Data try bulk upload
Step4: And Start after upload successful check on app it start show
Method 3
Step1: Go to Display and Select the outstanding analysis
Step2: Click on On Account entries if entries are showing then create reference of bill and adjust then to bill by reference.
Step3: After Go to Housekeeping, chick update master balance and run
Step4: Again bulk upload the data and check on app

How soon the invoice will show in BUSY mobile application report after create from BUSY application?

 When generating an invoice using the mobile application, the transaction does not immediately appear in the mobile app reports. In such cases, Firstly, you need to download the transaction data, and then proceed to synchronize it. Once this process is completed, the relevant data will be visible in the reports section of the mobile application.
To download and sync the the data to mobile application , follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on the data export invoice.
Step 2: Choose the cloud sync and select the download transaction and save the invoice created from the mobile application.
Step 3: Afterward. select the incremental upload option from cloud sync and complete the process.

I'm having trouble locating certain reports like sales, purchase, receivables where can I find them in BUSY mobile app?

 When you open mobile app show home page and on home page show all Report but if not show check these steps
1. Open BUSY in Desktop or laptop then open company
2. Then go in administration then go in user
3. Then go in cloud sync user and go in modify
4. Then select user and check in dashboard Reports enable or not
5. If not enable then enale and save
6. Then go in Administration then go in Data Export Import
7. Then go in cloud sync and do bulk upload and then check in mobile app

How can I generate reports such as Sales, Purchases, Receivables, and Payables using BUSY Mobile App?

 To generate report such as sales, purchases, receivables and payable in BUSY mobile application, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on user tab.
Step 2: Choose Cloud sync user then click on modify tab.
Step 3: Select the required user then Tick on required report like sales turnover, purchase turnover, bills receivables, bills payable etc then save the user.
Step 4: Now, Go to administration then click on data export import.
Step 5: Choose cloud sync then select incremental upload and start the process. After uploading data, report will available in mobile application.

What steps should be taken if the data is not displayed correctly in the BUSY mobile app?

 If the data is not displayed correctly in the BUSY mobile app follow below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and then click on data export import section
Step2: Next, select the cloud sync option, choose delete data, confirm by selecting yes, then enter the BDEP password when prompted, and then press Ok to proceed.
Step3: Afterward, click on Bulk upload option under cloud sync section and press on start button then after completing the process a confirmation message will appear on the screen
Step4: Now you can check your data in BUSY mobile app

How many reports can I access from the mobile app?

 If you want to see how many reports are available for the mobile app, follow these steps:
Step 1: After enabling the configuration of the mobile app, go to the Administration, then click on Users.
Step 2: Click on Cloud Sync User, then click on Modify. Select the user and tick on the reports you want to see in the mobile app.
Step 3: Go to Data Export-Import, click on Cloud Sync, and select Bulk Upload. Once done with the process, you will be able to see all reports available for mobile.

The BUSY mobile app is not syncing properly with the desktop version. Please advise.

 If you enter any voucher in a BUSY mobile application, it will not sync automatically. However, you are required to download the transaction manually from BUSY data.
To download and sync the data in desktop version of BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on the data export invoice.
Step 2: Choose the cloud sync and select the download transaction and save the invoice created from the mobile application.
Step 3: Afterward, select the incremental upload option from cloud sync and complete the process.

I made changes in the mobile app but don't see them reflected in BUSY yet.

 If you made any changes related to the invoices in BUSY, then data will relfect after downlaod the invoice and syncing the data in BUSY.
